How to improve your sleeping habits:

Do you have horrible sleeping habits!! I sure do. Sleep plays a very important role in your physical health. Sleeping helps in healing and repairing your heart and blood vessels. If you have horrible sleeping habits it could increase risks of heart and kidney disease, high blood pressure, and more.

I’m not trying to be a doctor or anything but here are some ways to improve your sleeping habits:
Avoid Caffeine: Everyone loves their caffeine, to keep yourselves awake. Caffeine is found in coffee, some teas, cola, etc. If you avoid drinking caffeine before you go  to bed can help you fall asleep.
Bedroom: Maybe you have to many lights lit up in your room or noises playing, like teenagers today have strands of lights to make your bedroom look more elegant. Turn your bedroom into a sleep-inducing bedroom, you can do this by lowering the volume of outside noises with earplugs or a white noise appliance. I use heavy curtains to block out light, and I use a alarm to tell me when to wake up. Make sure your bedroom is equipped with a comfortable mattress and pillows. No teen or adult now a days don’t like to hear this but keeping computer, TVs and work materials in your room can affect the mental association between your bedroom and sleep.
Make a per-sleep routine: From wake time to sleep time take a period of relaxing activates an hour before bed. Relaxing actives could be taking a bath, read a book, watch TV. I personality love taking a bath or reading a good book. If you are a high school student or even a adult don’t drown yourself in it, don’t stay up trying to finish it all that night. You need a good night sleep so you can be able to work efficiently the next day. You want to avoid stressful activities-discussing emotional issues.
Always follow through, not all sleep problems are so easily treated. You got to make sure you stay with your routine, stick with it, your chance of achieving restful sleep will improve.

How to change to your perspective in life:

Many people have a lot of negativity in their life and it drowns them in stress and unhappiness. If you want to change your life you need to change your perspective in life and how you view the world, how you make decisions, how you act around people.
To do this you need to:
First: You need to have a positive mindset. You have to set a goal and stick with that goal, make sure that goal makes you happy and won’t drag you down.
Second: You got to ask yourself “Why are you doing this?” You will not succeed unless the goal you choose really means something to you. You have to find something that will motivate you do succeed this goal if you think you “deserve” and not think like your “passionate” for then you will not succeed your goal
Third: You have a goal that you a passionate for, now you have to know what you are willing to do to achieve this goal. Example: “Are you willing to work hard”, “To take risks”, “To get out of your comfort zone”.  What sacrifices will you have to make to change your life and do what your truly want to do what you want.
Always remember you need to keep a positive mindset and make sure you are motivated or you won’t succeed.

What we can learn from plants

We can learn so much from plants its surprising. Plants have the mind of their own they don’t sent limits for how tall they would like to grow, they can grow as much as they can. With people today we set restrictions for ourselves, we hold back in life and don’t live for the whole potential. We need to take risks and chances. Plants also adapted to changing seasons, they have to go through spring, summer, fall, and winter. They face new changes, new growth, making and storing food from the sun, and to even shedding their leaves in the fall to prepare for winter. People today all around the world have to deal with and adapt to need changes. From maybe moving cities, getting a new job, making new friends, dealing with family. Each and every person in this world has a different way to grow and become stronger person they already are. Plant don’t let their surrounding circumstances define them. A plants mission in life is to thrive and to grow from the moment they were planted as a seed. If they need sunlight and a tree is blocking them they will find a way to get sunlight, if there isn’t any water around them they will dig their roots farther into the ground to get water. They will not give into predators, they will protect themselves and ensure their survival. Today’s society its all about grudging how something eats, dresses, acts. You don’t have to listen to what something is saying, you can do what you want to do unless its your boss asking you to-do something. You as a whole person can wear what you like, eat what you want, and act how you want. You are you!! You make the world shine don’t let one person cover you and hide your shine.
